  21. If you ask me, the real problem is with Master Bell himself.  Why he didn't
  22. make 254 subs standard is way beyond me.  I'm only in one (relatively small) 
  23. net right now, and I had to be selective to keep it under 64 subs.

  25. The key to a board is its local subs; I have 20 of them.  How am I supposed to
  26. select 44 subs from two nets?  There are 4 mandatory subs I must carry, leaving 
  27. 40.  Hardly enough.
