  19. Hewlett-Packard is pleased to make available a release of device-
  20. dependent graphics and input device code to allow the X11 R5 sample
  21. server implementation to be built for the following HP 9000 Series 700
  22. workstation platforms:

  24.    Model 705 (1280x1024 grayscale graphics)
  25.    Model 710L (1024x768 color graphics)
  26.    Model 710C (1280x1024 color graphics)
  27.    Model 710G (1280x1024 grayscale graphics)
  28.    Model 720, 730, or 750 with:
  29.       A1659A CRX 1280x1024 color graphics
  30.       A1924A GRX 1280x1024 grayscale graphics
  31.       A2269A Dual CRX 1280x1024 color graphics (two displays)

  33. The code is being released in source and object forms for building and/or
  34. execution on the above platforms when running either the HP-UX 8.05 or 8.07 
  35. operating system.

  48. The softare may be obtained by anonymous ftp from export.lcs.mit.edu.  The
  49. files reside in the directory ~ftp/contrib/R5.HP.SRV.  Please note that
  50. only HP-specific device dependent files and other files with HP-specific
  51. changes are included.  You will need the X11 R5 sample implementation in
  52. order to build an X server.  The sample implementation is available from
  53. the X Consortium and the HP InterWorks Users Group.
