  13.  A few years ago I was watching the Computer Cronicles on the local PBS
  14.  station here.  The subject of a storage device being researched that 
  15.  stored data in a three dimensional cyrstaline cube.  I believe that it
  16.  was supposed to be built by a company called MCC.  Storage compacities
  17.  were estimated into the Terabyte range with access times close to that
  18.  of say a 120ns RAM chip.
