  13.     This posting want to collect some NN. practitioners' idea
  14. about the pros and cons. of using NN. for certain application .
  15.  
  16.     For example, some requires a lot of training time,..some 
  17. is quite domain/application-specific,...some does not gurantee to
  18. provide answers in some circumstances.....etc.
