  22. In Human-Problem Solving (1972), Newell and Simon discuss de Groot's 
  23. findings, as well as their own version of similar experiments. 
  24. See, in particular, the section on the perceptual aspects of chess 
  25. analysis at the end of chapter 13. I don't know of any further
  26. research and I would be very interested in more information too.
