- Note that the list was local (UTFSM), and are only VM/SP CP commands,
- not XA or HPO commands. For example, note that CP SMSG cmd was class
- I, not G as usual.
- The listing was created using some XEDIT macros, two VM accounts (one
- of them class C), SUPERSET package and some patience.
