  14. I've never done any history in my life!!  (double :-)   !!!)
  15. I guess I wasn't too aware of this fact about languages (ie that German and
  16. French used to be the international academic languages).  So, in the overall
  17. scheme of things, fair's fair.  That still doesn't mean fair's fair in _our_
  18. lifetimes.
  19. Anyway, that means I've learned TWO new things today!!  (Which is 2 more than
  20. most days!!)
