  14. Before you start dismissing what she (your lecturer) had to say, take
  15. a good look at some of the studies used to make us feel guilty
  16. about the way we treat ourselves.  It was a real eye opener to me
  17. and that doesn't happen very often (my fav is the one on fat intake and
  18. breast cancer>.
