  16. The Top 5 Reasons why PL/I should be used as the primary language for NSI LMS.

  18.  1. PL/I can read/write/manipulate ANY data structure.
  19.  2. PL/I already exists on your system.   (That's $Y$TEM for you bean counters)
  20.  3. PL/I can generate machine efficient optimized code.
  21.  4. PL/I is easily ported to other systems.
  22.  5. You don't have to be a Wizard or a Guru to write good PL/I code.
  23.     (You can be a simple Sorcerer or maybe a Genie!)
