  12. I offer an additional suggestion: Calvados (or a reasonable facsimile).  A
  13. friend of mine with many apple trees rents a press in the fall, ferments the
  14. juice, and then does some careful distilling, with pleasant, and more
  15.  shippablem,
  16. results.  Let us know what you do with the excess.
