- Dear colleagues,
-
- If you have set NOTABENE to 'nomail', or have not been
- receiving mail from NOTABENE for some time, you can always
- order the relevant backlog(s) from our listserver. The logs
- are normally kept for a year or two (NOTABENE has been there
- since 1988). There is absolutely no need to ask for favours
- from any of us.
-
- In addition, it takes a few seconds to send a query to the listserver
- using LDBASE. All you have to do is keep a simple template
- on your disk, open a letter to the relevant listserv (ours is
- listserv@taunivm, or @vm.tau.ac.il), fill in the keywords for
- search, and send the letter.
-
- Please order the documents prepared by our members: they are full
- with useful information:
-
- NOTABENE GUIDE by Michael Shalev
- NOTABENE SEARCH by Ran Chermesh
-
- For a full list of all of the files available from our e-library,
- send command (to the listserv!):
-
- INDEX NOTABENE
-
- For the e-mail addresses of all members send command:
-
- REVIEW NOTABENE
-
- I am distributing a simple template for LDBASE. If you
- make a file of it on your disk ('move' on most VM machines),
- then you can call it into your mail file any time (the command
- on most VM machines is GET filename).
