- I am puzzled by the repeated occurrence of the term "de-industrialization of
- Slovakia". The latest statement to this effect can be found on this list today.
- The term entails, of course, that Slovakia was at one time
- industrialized and then the industry was destroyed or a similar calamity. I
- don't think that Slovakia was very industrialized while part of Hungary.
- So could somebody tell me when the industrialization of Slovakia took
- place, who was responsible for it and who later de-industrialized it and when?
