  11. I am testing new versions of programs for use in ispf dialogs.
  12. If I put the program in a ISPLLIB, will that library be allocated
  13. before or after a steplib library? My book indicates that the
  14. ISPLLIB will allocate before linklib  or LPA, but I am unsure of how
  15. it is searched in relation to a STEPLIB library.
  16. Any insight would be appreciated?
