  12.   We are migrating to VTAM 3.3 (9202) from VTAM 3.2 under VM/XA 2.1.
  13. ON VTAM Initialization we receive:

  15. IST001I VTAM START REJECTED - UNABLE TO ALLOCATE STORAGE
  16. **ERROR** VTAM initialization failed
  17.  
  18.   We are running with 14M and I've tried 16M with no help.
  19. This morning I tried setting CSALIMIT=0 - also no help.
  20. We tried running the Storage Analysis diskette, but it seems to have
  21. a bug :-(

  23.   We run another VM/XA system as a roof for MVS/ESA with a VTAM which
  24. does very little and there the conversion to VTAM 3.3 went smoothly
  25. with no hint of this problem.
