  18. Just as a point of reference, I was not happy when FI took over the
  19. marketing for IOF, since I had problems with the "F" part in the past.

  21. I am happy to report that all FI seems to do is take our money and mail
  22. us tapes.  All technical problems and development are done by Triangle
  23. Systems, and they have always been happy, quick, and competent.
  24. (And yes, I am a very happy user of IOF.)
