- For the best QUALITATIVE RESEARCH report on educational
- communications and technology.

- The Special Research Award is funded by the ECT Foundation and
- coordinated by the Research and Theory Division of the Association for
- Educational Communications and Technology. The winner will receive a
- $500 cash award to be presented at the 1993 AECT National Convention in
- New Orleans, January 13-17.

- Submitted papers must report an original, unpublished qualitative
- research investigation. Qualitative theories and methods may be applied
- from areas such as cultural anthropology, history, social psychology
- and sociology.
