- We renewed our ESL/CSLG contracts on January 1st of this year under the
- old program. It has always taken a good while to get the machines
- listed correctly under the ESL agreement. I have 150 new machines
- coming in for students that DEC will consider to fall under the CSLG/ESL.
-
- My question is: Exactly what information is DEC going to need for
- the new program. With my machine/tracking load more than double
- what it was previously, I would like to be sure I collect the
- correct information from the students and get the ball rolling
- for any paperwork DEC needs to do so phone support isn't dropped
- due to paperwork delays (ours and theirs) as in the past.
- We plan to get the CD-ROM VMS and ULTRIX distributions.
-
- Any information from those who had both CSLG/ESL under the old program
- and have switched would be welcome. Thanks in advance.
