- Once upon a time TEI/CSLG would have provided you an avenue to
- switch from VMS to Ultrix. No more. Recent changes in the
- CSLG terms & conditions make it clear that you cannot use
- CSLG to flip-flop between operating systems:

- 1. To be eligible for the CSLG, each system must have a legal Digital
- (Commercial) Standard Operating System License appropriate for the system
- configuration.
- 2. CSLG VMS and CSLG Ultrix (only available with a validated AT&T Software
- Agreement) can only be used to increase the "users" on the system.
