  14. Once upon a time TEI/CSLG would have provided you an avenue to
  15. switch from VMS to Ultrix.  No more.  Recent changes in the
  16. CSLG terms & conditions make it clear that you cannot use
  17. CSLG to flip-flop between operating systems:

  19. 1.    To be eligible for the CSLG, each system must have a legal Digital
  20. (Commercial) Standard Operating System License appropriate for the system
  21. configuration.
  22. 2.    CSLG VMS and CSLG Ultrix (only available with a validated AT&T Software
  23. Agreement) can only be used to increase the "users" on the system.
