- Seems to have disappeared from the CSLG PAk set. I was told this was becuase
- of "export restrictions" by our local contracts people. Since VAX ENCRYPTION
- exists as a layered product only because export restrictions make it infeasable
- to ship it as part of base VMS byt a layered product could be made US only
- I am puzzled. Perhaps DEC could enter a partners program agreement with DEC to
- provide it at $0.
