  20. Seems to have disappeared from the CSLG PAk set.  I was told this was becuase
  21. of "export restrictions" by our local contracts people.  Since VAX ENCRYPTION
  22. exists as a layered product only because export restrictions make it infeasable
  23. to ship it as part of base VMS byt a layered product could be made US only
  24. I am puzzled.  Perhaps DEC could enter a partners program agreement with DEC to
  25. provide it at $0.
