  14. We at Rutgers, obtained the diskets used for printing various course
  15. catalogs, and entered the data in INFO with the following disclaimer,
  16. requested by the publications dept.:

  18. This electronically accessed catalog is not an official document
  19. While every effort has been made to maintain its accuracy, only the
  20. printed catalog may be considered official
  21.  
  22. We are not updating the catalogs,, we are making them available the
  23. same as the printed versions.  When a new version is printed then we
  24. post it in our CWIS.
  25.  
  26. Regarding keywords, we use only a few to identify the catalog (e.g.
  27. course catalog, law, greaduate program).
