  13. we don't have anyone come in early "officially" to open the
  14. library. (although, on weekdays the maintenance staff turns on the
  15. building lights)  additionally, we don't officially have
  16. anyone stay late to close up and do security checks.

  18. instead, the circ. support staff are expected to just come
  19. in "a bit" early and then leave "when we close".  I wish
  20. that we *did* have an official policy recognizing that
  21. it's necessary to get in early and stay late to get those
  22. tasks done.
