  16. Let me add that Saber Software has written a menu system front end for
  17. Windows that adds the security functionality of a menu system but retains
  18. Window's appearance and ease of use.  I agree with Steve that using 'raw'
  19. Windows would be terribly insecure and probably a managerial nightmare.
