  15. I would share something we have done in Rochester NY through our
  16. IPMS chapter.

  18. Create a decal bank.  Members bring in those parts of decals that
  19. they will Never, never use and make them available for other
  20. modelers.  So many kts today have decals for two or three aircraft,
  21. or cars that no one can be interested in them all.  The system works 
  22. well if you need one or two digits for a particular item.

  24. I would encourage anyone who is a member of a club to try the idea.
  25. All you need is a few individual willing to part with some decals, and
  26. a box to put them in.
