  12. Greetings all...
  13. I've a few questions for all the irc gurus out there.  After FTP'ing and 
  14. compiling and installing an irc client and using it successfully for about
  15. a month, suddenly I can no longer connect to my server that I have been using
  16. all along.  I've tried using the /SERVER command to connect to other nearby
  17. servers, but I always get the same message: "Unable to connect: Connection
  18. Refused".  I've tried recompiling the entire client again, but that doesn't
  19. help any.  What went wrong?  Did I unknowingly break some net protocall or
  20. did the entire IRC community self-destruct or is there some obscure 
  21. configuration parameter I have overlooked?
  22.     Any hints or suggestions would be appreciated.  Please reply via
