  12. Intrested in using IRC from Srathclyde Uni Scotland.I use the vax/vms network
  13. and have both telnet and ftp at my disposal and have various IRC addresses
  14. which I can connect to but not login to. I need information on how to login
  15. to these clients therefore can anyone give me some information.
