-- I'm looking for a simple public domain hypertext tool (with source code avaiable). It should be possible to create links to the text edited. With a viewer it should then be possible to follow the links by simply using the mouse. The system should run on a SUN sparc station.
The hypertext facilities of the GNU emacs/epoch are a little to uncomfortable for my purpouses (no mouse sensitive following to the links e.g.). The extensions in EHTS aren't also, because it isn't possible to follow links in texts with the mouse and the software doesn't seem to run stable here. The facilities of SUN's answerbook would be very nice. You can follow the links on pages, which use different fonts and even graphics by simply double clicking the mouse. But I don't know a possibility to edit my o
wn text and links with this tool.
Thank you for reading this text. I would be happy to get hints where I can find a tool in the kind described above. Thanks in advance !
