  4. This software upgrade ("Software") is owned by Inprise 
  5. Corporation ("Inprise"), formerly known as Borland 
  6. International, Inc.,  or its suppliers and is protected 
  7. by copyright law and international copyright treaty.  
  8. To be eligible to install and use the Software, you must 
  9. own a licensed, registered copy of an Inprise product 
  10. ("Inprise product") which includes files designated by 
  11. Inprise as BORLAND DATABASE ENGINE.

  13. Your installation and use of the Software is governed by
  14. the license statement and limited warranty ("License
  15. Agreement") of the Inprise product, including the
  16. disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liabilities.
  17. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE,
  18. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  19. OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.  If you are not an eligible user
  20. or if you do not agree to be bound by all of the terms
