  3. Connects two polygons to form a solid entity.
  4.  
  5.         1. (IND) first polygon
  6.         2. (Y/N) confirm choice
  7.         3. (IND) second polygon
  8.         4. (Y/N) confirm choice
  9.         5. (Y/N) create a POSITIVE solid ? <Y>

  11. Description:
  12. This command connects two indicated polygons to form a solid entity.
  13. Indicate and confirm the first polygon. Indicate and confirm the second
  14. polygon. Reply `y' or `n' to the prompt create a POSITIVE solid? The two
  15. polygons will be joined by lines connecting each vertex of the first polygon
  16. to the corresponding vertex of the second polygon.
  17.  
  18. In order to successfully connect two polygons, the following conditions must
  19. be fulfilled:
  20. 1. Both polygons must be drawn in the same direction.
  21. 2. The number of vertices must be the same in both polygons.
  22. 3. The first points of the polygons must be opposite one another.
  23. 4. The number of arcs and their respective locations must be the same in both
  24.    polygons.
  25. 5. The number of rings (\pjump) and their respective interruption points must
  26.    be the same in both polygons.
  27. 6. If the polygons do not bear the same orientation (i.e., one is twisted
  28.    relative to the other) the connecting surfaces will be divided into
  29.    triangular polygons and the resultant solid will be a complex (type 9)
  30.    solid.
  31. If you execute the command on an open polygon a warning will be issued.
