  3.  Rotates a drawing together with its frame.

  5.       1. (IND) frame to rotate
  6.  when operation is repeated:
  7.       1.*(IND) frame to rotate, <ENTER>-another angle to last frame
  8.       2.*(Y/N) confirm choice
  9.       3.*(POINT) center of rotation, <ENTER>-frame center
  10.       4.*(NUM) rotation angle: 1-90, 2-180, 3-270
  11.       5.*(Y/N) keep the result ?

  13.  Description:

  15.  This command rotates a drawing frame on the drawing sheet.
  16.  Indicate and confirm the drawing to be rotated.
  17.  Specify the center of rotation. This may be any point inside or outside
  18.  the drawing sheet. Press <ENTER> for the center of the frame.

  20.  Specify the rotation angle.
  21.  Specify whether you wish to keep the result. If you reply `n' the
  22.  original state will be restored.

  24.  You may continue to indicate other drawings to be rotated. To specify
  25.  another angle for the last drawing's rotate operation press
  26.  <ENTER> at prompt 1.

  28.  NOTE:When indicating a drawing you may indicate either
  29.       the frame itself or its contents but indicating the frame will save
  30.       time.
