- DFI.SYS
-
- You use the DFI.SYS scanner driver with the DFI Handy
- Scanner 2000, DFI Handy Scanner 3000, and DFI Handy
- Scanner 3000 Plus.
-
- You get better scanning results with the DFI Handy Scanners
- if you have EMS.
-
- These scanners are not entirely programmable from the
- program. You must set the same resolution on the
- scanner and in the program to avoid having invalid image
- data appear at the side of your scanned image. If you
- scan too quickly the image may appear distorted.
-
- To manually add the device driver to your CONFIG.SYS, use a text
- editor to type the entry as it appears below. Be sure to
- include a path if the scanner driver is not in your root directory.
- Remember to include additional parameters when necessary for the
- DMA channel you want.
