  1. Two months ago no one would beleive this would happen.  A month ago some 
  2. people saw this coming, but till the very last day no one thought this
  3. would happen this way.

  5. About 50% of the active RZR members and all the TRSi U.K. members have
  6. left their groups and went into Legend/PC.  Now, some of you might
  7. remember Legend releasing a few PC games before - one or two in the
  8. Time Runners series, etc.  We have tried to find the old LGD info file,
  9. but that group was so insignificant at the time, no one even has it and
  10. we could not compare the memberlists.  But the fact is - 90% of the members
  11. in the new Legend are the guys from RZR and TRSi.

  13. Both of those groups have not exactly been doing as great lately.  Both
  14. still were bringing out quality releases, but each had a few problems.
  15. For the last several months, RZR has not been very active.  All the games
  16. came from very few active members, and the only factor that has kept RZR 
  17. on the top was their connection in SSI.  This May was especially unfortunate
  18. for RAZOR.  They started well with the release of Al Quadim, but than
  19. they have released a non-English playable quest - Robinson's Requiem in 
  20. French, and right after thet - two EGA games.  TRSi has been doing great 
  21. during Spring, but than they lost all their US suppliers due to internal 
  22. conflicts and now they have lost all their U.K. suppliers that alone were 
  23. keeping TRSi name alive for the last couple of months.  Now both TRSi and
  24. RZR have been damaged quite a lot by the happenings and no one knows whether
  25. they will ever be able to survive it.  According to our opinion, RAZOR will
  26. climb out of the hall even though it will take them some time to re-organize,
  27. but TRSi is back to the position they were in just some 8 months ago, only
  28. able to get small german games and thats where they will probably stay.

  51. spread, contests, etc.

  53. There will be an announcement of a new Courier HQ and a new European HQ in
  54. a few hours.

  62. The announcement has still not been made.  RZR has not released anything for
  63. us to check for new boards in their info file either.  So looks like we will
  64. just have to wait and see.  As for TRSi, who lost their WHQ to LEGEND, their
  65. new WHQ is a nine node board Park Central ran by Silver V.
