Install can't find the COM port you specified. If you've been using your faxmodem successfully before this installation, this message about the COM port probably means that you specified the wrong port. (Check your faxmodem to find out its COM port and enter it in the COM port field. Or try another COM port; FAXability will check the proposed port.)
If you haven't used your faxmodem previously but are confident that the faxmodem is installed on the COM port you specified, either move the faxmodem to another port or check whether the COM port is enabled. For information on enabling a COM port, see your computer manual.
