  3. Install was unable to make a necessary change to your computer's SYSTEM.INI file.

  5. You can't use FAXability until you make this change and restart your computer.  After installation is complete, use an editor like Windows Notepad to do the following:

  7. 1.  Open the SYSTEM.INI file in your WINDOWS directory.
  8.  
  9. 2.  Find the section labeled [Boot].
  10.  
  11. 3.  Replace     comm.drv=comm.drv
  12.     with        comm.drv=excomm31.drv
  13.  
  14. 4.  Find the section labeled [386Enh].
  15.  
  16. 5.  Replace    device=*vcd
  17.     with       device=cas31vcd.386
