Enter here the I/O address and IRQ you assigned to your faxmodem when you set it up. Use this dialog box only if your faxmodem doesn't have a standard I/O address and IRQ.
If you know your faxmodem was configured for nonstandard values but you don't know what they are, cancel Install and exit from Windows. Then run your faxmodem's setup software or check its switch settings (if you have an internal modem).
