UnInstall has placed a file called AUTOFAX.001 in your root directory. (For some computers running DOS 6, it has also placed the file CONFIG.001 in the same directory.) These files are modified versions of your AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files with the following information removed. Use an editor such as Windows Notepad to make the same changes to the original files.
* Remove the path for the OCR directory from your PATH command.
This command is usually found in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file, but some
computers that run DOS 6 have their PATH commands in CONFIG.SYS.
* Remove from AUTOEXEC.BAT the command to load the memory-resident
CAS interface software (CASMODEM), if you have that software and
requested that it be removed.
After you've finished making these changes and saving the files, don't forget to exit from Windows and restart your computer so that the changes take effect.
