  3. The oscilator is synchronized with the master clock, and
  4. changes its level every simulation cycle.
  5. Its output is at TTL level and can drive every input in
  6. DigSim.

  8.     0 = inactive = GND = 0V = OFF
  9.         (Wires are green when inactive)
  10.     1 = active = Vcc = 5V = ON
  11.         (Wires are red when active)

  13. You can drag this component to another position
  14. by clicking inside the body of the port, hold
  15. the mouse button, move to the new position,
  16. and release the mouse button.
