  3. This IC decodes one-of-eight lines dependent on the
  4. conditions at the three binary select inputs and
  5. the three enable inputs. Two active-low and one
  6. active-high enable inputs reduce the need for
  7. external gates or gates when expanding. A 24-line
  8. decoder can be implemented without external inverters
  9. and a 32-line decoder requires only one inverter.
  10. An enable input can be used as a data input for
  11. demultiplexing applications.
