  7.     This form will give you the required information needed to register
  8.     Terminate in the USA. Of course, we accept Visa/Mastercard/AmEx
  9.     Credit Card orders.

  12.                               INTRODUCTION

  14.     Since you have obviously tried Terminate already, we strongly urge
  15.     you to register this program.  You will LOVE the Professional version
  16.     - it's like no other terminal program you have ever used!

  18.     To continue to use this program beyond the evaluation period of 21
  19.     days, you MUST register Terminate (the "Beg Screens" get really bad
  20.     after 21 days).

  22.     Please note that each individual using Terminate in an organization
  23.     must register.

  25.     Registered users get a personalized keyfile which is placed in the
  26.     same directory as TERMINAT.EXE and will make Terminate (vX.XX)
  27.     operate in PROFESSIONAL mode.

  44.     The fastest way is to register online and pay by VISA, Mastercard, or
  45.     AmEx.  Simply call mediacom - USA BBS (with your modem) and have your
  46.     credit card ready. Choose the ONLINE REGISTRATION option from the
  47.     "Guest" Menu and follow the instructions. Your PROFESSIONAL Terminate
  48.     keyfile will normally be put online for you within one (1) working
  49.     day after receipt of your Credit Card application. In addition, you
  50.     will receive the keyfile on a disk.

  52.     Optionally, upon request, we can place your Keyfile on "Hold" for
  53.     those who use a frontend mailer program, such as FrontDoor, Binkley,
  54.     or D'Bridge.

  151.     for you. Terminate has a built-in intelligent key system. Every time
  152.     you get an update, Terminate will perform a self-test and update to
