  1. This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between 
  2. you and Andrey Krutikov. By installing this Software, by loading or 
  3. running the Software, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard drive,
  4. or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
  5. Agreement. These are the only terms by which Andrey Krutikov permits copying or use.

  7. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR JongPuzzle

  9. General terms:

  11. 1.  THE SOFTWARE.
  12. The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program JongPuzzle,
  13.  which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation.
  14.  
  15. 2.  GRANT OF LICENSE.
  16. Andrey Krutikov grants you the right to the use Software in accordance with the 
  17. terms of this Agreement. You may load the software into RAM as well as install 
  18. it on a hard disk or other storage device. You may not modify, translate, 
  19. disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile.
  20. 2.1.  EVALUATION VERSION LICENSE.
  21. You may evaluate the evaluation version for maximum of thirty calendar days, 
  22. after which you must register the Software or remove it from your computer. 
  23. You may distribute copies of the evaluation version of the Software freely to 
  24. other users, provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered files 
  25. and proprietary notices. You have the ability to register the evaluation 
  26. version at any time by purchasing a registration code from Andrey Krutikov. This 
  27. will convert the Software into the registered version, and the Registered 
  28. Version License below will then apply.

  30. 2.2.  REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE.
  31. When you register the Software, you will receive a personal registration code 
  32. that will enable you to unlock the evaluation version of the Software into the 
  33. full registered version. You agree not to distribute your registration code to 
  34. others and to use it only for your own personal use of the Software. You 
  35. acknowledge that distribution of your registration code to others, whether 
  36. intentional or unintentional, could damage me both financially and 
  37. professionally. Therefore, you agree to keep your registration code 
  38. confidential. Any unauthorized distribution of your registration code will 
  39. result in immediate and automatic termination of your license.

  41. 3.  COPYRIGHT.
  42. The Software is owned by Andrey Krutikov and is protected by 
  43. United States copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the 
  44. Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make copies 
  45. of the evaluation version of the Software to give to other persons under the 
  46. terms of this Agreement.  You may not distribute copies of any registration 
  47. code to other users. Except as expressly licensed by Andrey Krutikov. Andrey 
  48. Krutikov reserves the exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and 
  49. interest to distribute the Software.

  51. 4.  NO WARRANTY.
  52. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT 
  53. WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY 
  54. WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DIRECT OR 
  55. INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FORM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PROGRAM AND 
  56. FILES.

  58. 5.  DISTRIBUTION.
  59. Andrey Krutikov allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware 
  60. disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to freely 
  61. distribute the evaluation version of this Software. If you wish to distribute 
  62. the Software, you may obtain the most recent version from 
  63. http://softak.hypermart.net. It is generally not necessary to contact SoftAK
  64. for authorization, and you may begin offering the evaluation version 
  65. immediately.
