- Striping
-
- Striping is a way to speed-up 3D drawing. Speed-up depends on
- speed and features of your hardware 3D accelerator.
-
- Important note: If your 3D accelerator doesn't support this feature, it is
- likely to cause Amorphium to crash. Here's how you can check this out:
-
- 1. Start Amorphium so you can see whole initial sphere in the
- ^Modeling window^400.
- 2. Select desired ^Drawing engine^660.
- 3. Select ^Draw Options^650 for this drawing engine.
- 4. Turn on Striping, and click OK.
- 5. Select X in ^Lock Axis^130.
- 6. Use move ( cross ) controls ( ^Controls^130 ) to move object to the
- right.
- 7. If object starts to appear on the left side of the ^Modeling window^400,
- as it is going beyond right edge of the ^Modeling window^400, then your
- 3D accelerator doesn't support Striping. Discontinue use immediately, by
- turning off Striping in Draw Options.
