  3. Depth scan creates a 2D image in which every pixel represents the depth of
  4. the 3D object at the corresponding place. There are three possible ways to
  5. scan the object:

  7. 1. Flat - scans object from the front
  8. 2. Cylindric - scans object by placing it in cylindrical scanner
  9. 3. Spheric - scans object by placing it in spherical scanner
  10.  
  11. Images created with DepthScan can be used as bump maps, or displacement
  12. maps in other 3D applications, or in Amorphium's ^HeightShop^190.
