<p class="Paragraph">You can record the changes made in a document by choosing <span class="T1">Edit - Changes - Record</span> or <span class="T1">Edit - Changes - Protect Records</span>. If you choose <span class="T1">Protect Records</span>, you must enter the correct password in order to turn off the function or accept or reject changes.</p>
