The record is inserted into the document at the cursor position, and the contents of each individual field of the record are copied into a corresponding column in the table. You can select multiple records to accept them into the document by clicking the icon. Every individual record will then be written to a new line.</help:case></help:switch></p>

If you select the AutoFormat function for formatting the table, OpenOffice.org will note the name of the format template.
