<p class="Paragraph">There is a database connection if the document accesses data in a database: For example, this occurs in a text document through <help:link Id="66036" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Database Fields</help:link>Database Fields, in a table document through Database AreasDatabase Areas and in forms through Control Fields with database connection.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">In the <help:link Id="65557" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Database object bar</help:link> you will find several icons used to filter and sort the data records.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">The buttons at the bottom of the data window are used to <help:link Id="65806" Eid="navigationsleiste" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">navigate</help:link> through the displayed records.</p>
