  1.   Demicron - Electronic End-User Software License Agreement

  3.   You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
  4.   using this software. Your use of this software indicates your 
  5.   acceptance of this license agreement.

  7.   This is a legal agreement (this "Agreement") between you (either an 
  8.   individual or an entity) and Demicron Company ("Demicron"). This 
  9.   Agreement is part of a package (this "Software") that also includes the
  10.   Java(TM) applet WaterMessager2 (the "Applet"), Visual Applet Configurator and 
  11.   certain written materials and images.

  14. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
  15.   Demicron hereby grant you a personal, non-exclusive, license to use one 
  16.   copy of this Software. You may not modify, adapt, translate, decompile, 
  17.   disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, and you may not create 
  18.   derivative works of the Software. You are not granted any right, title, 
  19.   or interest in the Software except the right to use them in accordance 
  20.   with this Agreement.

  23. 2. REDISTRIBUTION
  24.   The Software executable file may be redistributed as is in shareware 
  25.   purposes and in shareware collections without the permission of Demicron.
  26.   However we would like to be notified about the redistribution by email
  27.   to info@demicron.se if possible.

  30. 3. WARRANTY.
  31.   This Software and the accompanying files are provided "AS IS", 
  32.   without a warranty of any kind.

  35. 4. COPYRIGHT
  36.   The Software is owned by Demicron or its suppliers and is 
  37.   protected by Swedish copyright law and international treaty provisions.

  40. 5. TERMINATION
  41.   This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate the 
  42.   license at any time by destroying all copies of the Software and its
  43.   components. The license will terminate immediately without notice from 
  44.   Demicron if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. 
  45.   Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and its 
  46.   components.

  49. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  50.   IN NO EVENT WILL DEMICRON OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY 
  51.   LOST REVENUE, PROFIT, OR FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
  52.   CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNATIVE DAMAGES HOW EVER CAUSED
  53.   AND REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE
  54.   OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF Demicron AB HAS BEEN
  55.   ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  58. 7. GOVERNING LAW
  59.   This agreement is made under, shall be governed by and construed 
  60.   in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
