This User License Agreement is not a sales contract but an agreement on the lawful license between Namo Interactive Inc. and you. Installing Namo WebEditor implies that you have complied with the content of this agreement. If you disagree on any contents of this user license agreement, you must return all products herein with the receipt to your vendor without breaking the seal on the CD (or diskette). You will then be refunded for your purchase.
RIGHT TO USING THE SOFTWARE
Namo Interactive Inc., in accordance with this agreement, gives you the right to use this software. You are allowed to install, and operate, this software on your computer system. However you are not allowed to save any portion of the source files of this software on your network or file server and use this copy for any installations. When this software is stored on your system's main memory or other storing devices, it is assumed that "you are using the software" and that the software has been installed from CD or diskettes. When this software is installed on the network server, you must purchase the same number of copies of this software as the number of users of the network. You also have an obligation to keep the either Serial Number of this software or Register Number and this information cannot be distributed to anyone except the user of the software.
THE TRANSFER OF THE RIGHT OF USING
If you have upgraded your software, your rights of use of the previous version is transferred to the new version. This right is based on the condition that you are not using both versions simultaneously. In addition, the transfer, lending and/or selling of the old version is strictly prohibited. If there are any programs not produced by Namo which have been attached to the old version, but not to the new version, you can retain the right of using these additions.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright and intellectual property rights of this software and any attachment to this software are owned by Namo Interactive Inc. and are protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Korea and international intellectual property right treaties. Therefore, you cannot copy any portion of this software in any form, except in the use of this software or to make a copy for backup. Also, you cannot transform the contents of the software or change the file names. Attached documents should be printed or copied in the form of printed material just as with the number of registered users.
LIMIT OF WARRANTY
Namo Interactive Inc. warrants that all contents of this package, including the CD, have no physical defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. If defects are found, and proved to have been caused in the course of production, Namo Interactive Inc. will replace the software for you. In this case you must prove that the 90 day warranty period does not expire. If damage has resulted from the abuse, mistakes, or incorrect installation or application by you, Namo Interactive Inc. is not responsible for replacement. Namo Interactive Inc. does not warrant that using this software will fit a user's particular purpose, and is not liable for any damages caused by the use of this software.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Namo Interactive Inc. is solely responsible for customer service. Namo Interactive Inc. should make every effort available to provide a solution for technical queries about problems caused by the installation or use of software installed in a user's system. Namo Interactive is liable only to users who have purchased the software and registered. Namo Interactive should do its best to notify users of bug reports or inconveniences caused in the use of this software. All customer service matters must be delivered in one of the following forms only: e-mail(support@namo.com), fax(82-2-3275-2358), or postal service (4th Floor, Venture Business Center, 485-1, Daehung dong, Mapo Ku, Seoul, 121-080, Korea).
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
You have read and understand this user license agreement and you have agreed to the terms of this agreement. You are acknowledging this agreement has priority to any order, engagement, advertisement, and written agreement which has preceded.
