  1.  This READ.ME file contains information concerning the files in
  2.  PRCBBS.ARC. The files included are:

  4.    1. PRCBBS.CMD - the BBS program, fully documented.
  5.    2. BBS.CMD - the BBS program, without comments and commands
  6.       stripped down to four characters.
  7.    3. READ.ME - this file.
  8.  
  9.  The BBS program is a Bulletin Board Emulation for use with ProComm
  10.  version 2.4.2. It is a simple BBS written in ProComm's procedural
  11.  language. It supports file transfer and messages. It is not intended
  12.  to replace full-fledged BBS programs.
  13.  
  14.  Both .CMD files are functionally the same. BBS.CMD is smaller and will
  15.  execute faster than PRCBBS.CMD. However, PRCBBS.CMD contains full command
  16.  word length and extensive comments for easier understanding and
  17.  modification.
