eXTRASLIDE is GS Corporation's highly advanced software for imaging presentation graphics. eXTRASLIDE accepts TIFF, EPS, and single page PostScript files, and allows users to scale and position the slides, and to set custom background colors. eXTRASLIDE drives the Polaroid CI-5000S Digital Palette Film Recorder which is capable of outputting images to 35 mm slides, 4" x 5" instant prints, and other photographic media at resolutions of up to 4000 lines. eXTRASLIDE supports batch processing so that multiple slides may be imaged without further supervision. The eXTRASLIDE printer driver can be accessed from any application that prints, just like printing to a laser printer. This is the perfect solution for users who want to output an entire Concurrence presentation unattended in the background! With network connectivity software such as IPT Partner, Soft PC or PC/NFS, the eXTRASLIDE driver can even be accessed across a mixed network of NEXTSTEP, Windows or Macintosh users. The eXTRASLIDE bundle includes the eXTRASLIDE driver, the Polaroid CI-5000S film recorder and a 35 mm camera back. Auto film processors, slide mounters, and starter film packs are also available from GS Corporation. The eXTRASLIDE bundle has a suggested list price of $5,995, and the software alone has a suggested list price of $995.
For your convenience, we have included the front end application for eXTRASLIDE. Simply drag and drop images (EPS, TIFF, or single page PS) onto the image well. The file is previewed, and its filename and path are added to the job queue. You can drag and drop as many images as you like onto eXTRASLIDE. Each image may be manipulated separately. You can interactively scale, crop and set background colors. To move an image around in the frame, just click and drag. It's that easy!
