  8. WetPaint is the first inexpensive and  full featured image editing and
  9. processing application for NEXTSTEP. Costs less and works great!
  10.  
  11. WetPaint's design includes mouse-driven "tools" for painting of an image area
  12. and "filters" to process an image selection.  Image filters work in RGB, CMYK and
  13. HSB color space and include: sharpen, brighten, transpose and warp.  The tools
  14. and filters are dynamically loaded which allows users to customize their
  15. environment by only loading the ones that they need.

  17. WetPaint also offers support of all compositing operations and user defined
  18. patterns. WetPaint includes innovative multi-point gradients modelled after
  19. a designers approach to room lighting with variable intensity, illumination
  20. angle and color for each lighting element. The WetPaint "Programmer Toolkit"
  21. enables developers to create custom tools and filters specifically suited to
  22. their needs and to use them in the same manner as those shipped with WetPaint.
