  1. This is a tarfile of the manpages of the functions found in the library
  2. /usr/lib/libcs.a. Many of the functions in that library are very useful
  3. but undocumented since some time. This set is based on the set which
  4. has been made available on moo.speech.cs.cmu.edu from where I retrieved
  5. them. It turns out - however - that about half of the man pages in that
  6. set either are for functions not available in the next version of the 
  7. library or for functions which already are documented in the extended
  8. release of the next operating system. The remaining 36 man pages are for
  9. functions which do not fall into either of these categories and which
  10. on very cursory examination seem to do what the man pages say. To
  11. install these man pages just copy them into /usr/man/man3.
